Ask for ETL or UL certifications on all components, including controller cables and lights. Many components are made up systems from China that are not certified

How is it Installed
Does the installer need attic access? PixelLights does not. If they do, it is because they need to run extra power and wires to increase power to operate lights on other parts of the house.
Lights installed on gutters
Never allow holes to be drilled in the gutter or drip edge to insert lights in holes. These system leave the wire exposed and will only last a few years. Always require installation in channel or track
